After our highly successful evening, I kind of felt out of alignment. Very odd! This never happens after events and Star Sessions. Rather than ignore this, I sat with it. I had some energy that I simply needed to allow to move through me. I see all experiences of varying levels of discomfort as opportunities to heal. I was guided to create a short experience for anyone who feels the need to find your power in expansive connection, to allow yourself to simply be with energy, and to reconnect again. It is only the illusion of separation that we allow to create distortions in our ability to perceive with clarity. Free from the constraints of illusion, we would see that we are a fierce love force that is sometimes gentle but always powerful. We are always ONE.

I am the trees and the plants; the beasts of the land, the fish of the sea, and birds in the air; even the microbes that can heal you, or kill you. I am the Wind on your face, the water you drink, the fire that warms you, and the ground that supports you. I am the roots beneath your feet and the clouds above your head.
From me, you were birthed. From the dust of my skin, the water of my blood, the fire of my heart, and the spirit of my breath. Your soul may have come from the stars, but I carved your bones, grew your flesh, and ignited your fire.
I provide you with food, I clean your water, I re-new your winds. You are my child, and I am your mother. I care for you, you are a part of me.
No matter how far you go, no matter how much you hurt, no matter the screaming, the terror, the anger, anxiety, sadness, regret, love, joy, happiness, renewal, growth, change, hope, life and death. I love you, my child.
Stand with me, walk with me, grow with me, protect me, love me, and hold me, as I have for you.

Help me to see where I am being closed despite my best intentions. Allow me to relax and open to see where and why I am closed. Allow me to become compassionate, forgiving, and to surrender so that I may open. Grant me the clarity to see the true nature of my heart desires, thoughts, and actions. Grace me with the purity and courage of openness so that I may live in every infinite now moment as it is the most important of my life. On this day, beloved benevolent one, encourage me to live from my deep heart opening as the entire moment and giving what I most deeply desire to give without waiting.

In the beginning of time, the skies were filled with flying elephants.
I have seen, participated in, created, intensely studied, and have interacted with A LOT of art––all forms of it. I am not saying that this is the best art that I have ever had an energetic exchange with––is there even such a thing? I don’t know. Much of how we experience art is often entangled with the energies of when and where we experience it.
ALL Art always carries within it the power and potential to be transformative. Remember, too, that WE ARE ART. What I can say about this artist, is that on a warm evening in May of 2006, I merged into his exhibition/installation of his complete collection of photographic and video artworks that comprise Gregory Colbert’s, Ashes and Snow exhibition, in the Nomadic Museum at the Santa Monica Pier.
…And that experience has never left me. It was profound and healing. I needed this art. It came to me at a time in my life where I was going through a great transition. Art, like our animal friends, is medicine.
