about the theme: sound healing
Sound impacts us – physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. An example is Cymatics, the study of wave phenomena, especially sound, and their visual representations. Enjoy a beautiful example at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3oItpVa9fs.
Another example is Light Language, an ancient and futuristic form of communication used for lifetimes, that resonates with and connects with the soul – rather than the logical mind. We’ll explore sound waves from objects (bowls, forks, more complex instruments), voice, and likely many more ways as well – and how we use a variety of tools to notice what sound might heal and how we use sound to bring about that healing. This healing is often a self-healing, that happens as the body and spirit come back into self-alignment, with the assistance of sound waves.
