Writing down how you would like to experience contact with your Star Families can be helpful. Keeping a notebook with a record of contact that you have experienced with them can be beneficial. Sometimes they come in dreams as well leaving you messages during your day. Remember that when it’s your Star Family they have no intention of scaring you, that literally does no one any good. Stay positive and free yourself from expectations, they most likely will come in to communicate with you in a very unique way that is compassionate and serves you.
